Tony Beckham, a former National Football League defensive back, jumped into action when he discovered a peeping Tom outside his 15-year-old daughter's window.

According to TMZ, Beckham sprung into attack mode "when he saw the guy making masturbating motions" while his hands were inside his trousers.

"I couldn't believe it".

Beckham told CBS12 how he heard a 'rumble in my bushes, ' then realized a man was watching his daughter while playing with himself as she got out of the shower and put her clothes on for school.

A deputy from the Palm Beach Sheriff's Office who responded to the scene on Monday morning says he arrived at the scene to find two men engaged in a scuffle. "I thought I was getting 'Punk'd'".

Beckham caught him at an apartment across the street.

Sheriff's deputies said that the "conversation" left Cassidy with a right second zygomatic arch fracture and fracture to the right medial orbital wall/lamina papyracea.

"We just had a good conversation", he said. He was being held on $1,500 bond as of Wednesday and could face up to 15 years in prison if convicted.

"I'm sorry that it happened to me".

Cassidy was charged with lewd and lascivious behavior with a victim younger than 16 years old.

Beckham said both of his daughters were traumatized by the experience. "Because he's never going to do that again on this side of town". He spent four seasons with the Titans and one with the Detroit Lions.

After starring at the University of Wisconsin-Stout, where he was twice named a Division III All-American, Beckham was drafted by the Tennessee Titans in the fourth round of the 2002 NFL Draft.
