Jodhpur: Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas Saturday said "I do" as they exchanged wedding vows as per Catholic traditions at Umaid Bhawan Palace here. The venue of the wedding, the Umaid Bhavan Palace in the Indian city of Jodhpur, has been cordoned off to outsiders and no media were allowed near.

The pair married in a Christian ceremony officiated by Nick's father, Paul Kevin Jonas Sr., with the entire wedding party wearing Ralph Lauren.

They also received welcome packs which included Indian treats, shoes and an "information guide" for their three day extravaganza. Chopra dropped the pics on her insta handle with the caption, "One of the most special things that our relationship has given us is a merging of families who love and respect each other's faiths and cultures".

Priyanka was a vision in a custom-made Ralph Lauren wedding gown, Vogue magazine reports. The nuptials come only four months after the couple got engaged in July.

Priyanka Chopra, ahead of her wedding with Nick Jonas, claimed in an interview that the guests would need a vacation after participating in the celebrations. The bride and the groom both dressed in Ralph Lauren couture.

They will follow up Saturday's ceremony with a Hindu wedding the following day, to celebrate Priyanka's heritage.

A sangeet ceremony was held for Nickyanka in the evening.

The newlyweds will continue their wedding weekend with a Hindu ceremony to honour Priyanka's background on Sunday. Joseph Radhik, who is reportedly filming Nick and Priyanka's wedding, wrote that it was indeed the most spectacular pre-wedding celebrations.
