So this means that Fortnite will be going down at 9am in the United Kingdom on PS4, Xbox One, PCs, Nintendo Switch, Mac, iOS and Android.

Patch v6.02 for Fortnite is now live and adds a new explosive weapon alongside a new limited time mode to the battle royale.

The new weapon Quad Rocket Launcher will allow players to fire rockets to enemies four times without reloading. The Quad Rocket Launcher can be found in Epic and Legendary variants, which deal a base damage of 80 and 84, respectively.

The Quad Launcher is coming to Fortnite: Battle Royale soon, according to the news section in the Fortnite client.

At the time of writing, it is unknown how long Disco Domination will be present in Fortnite: Battle Royale.

You'll need to fill your dance meter the quickest by capturing and defending the five dance floors by emoting to win the match. Once the dance floor is controlled you'll earn points for your team until you either lose control of the dance floor or the storm circle moves, with the first team to earn 100% being the victor.

It's time for the ultimate dance-off.

Increased Legendary Guided Missile drop chance from 0.03% to 0.05%. The new Disco Domination LTM sees dance floors spawn all around the Battle Royale map. Dance floors can be protected by building a fort around them but players cannot build over top of them.

Respawning will be turned on until the third (last) storm circle.

Epic says Disco Domination uses the same loot and resource levels as other 50v50 modes, but there are some notable wrinkles to be aware of. The exact mechanics of the weapon are not now known, outside of it being able to hold four rockets.

The Port-a-Fortress has returned in this update, but its availability has been lowered. For the latter, this should improve "blurry textures and rendering performance".

This issue will be fixed next patch.
