Emery: Arsenal Have Restored Bond Between Club & Fans

Aaron Ramsey's sumptuous flick was the pick of five superb goals scored by Arsenal en route to thrashing Fulham at Craven Cottage - with Unai Emery's side securing a ninth consecutive win in the process.

No wonder jubilant Gunners crammed into one corner of Craven Cottage celebrated the goal with chants of "We've got our Arsenal back".

Unai Emergy's side were leading 2-1 when the Spanish coach turned to the Gabon worldwide and teammate Aaron Ramsey off the bench midway through the second half, with two goals from Alexandre Lacazette coming either side of Andre Schurrle's strike.

Emery said, "Our performance over the 90 minutes was very important; to be together and with our performance we found each moment and each player".

Ramsey's audacious back-heeled goal put Arsenal in complete control to cap a stunning move that recalled the club's finest days under Emery's predecessor Arsene Wenger.

"Be calm, enjoy working, stay together, have one feeling with our supporters, but improving individually and collectively and finding our best performance in each match with combinations from the players".

The Wales worldwide looks set to leave the club at the end of the season after contract negotiations broke down but he capped some superb build-up play by steering in a wonderful flick for Arsenal's third goal just 38 seconds after coming off the bench. We need them to support us.

"We are happy but also calm because we know each match is hard". The players feel that.

Bernd Leno (7.5/10): A comprehensive display in between the sticks from Bernd Leno, who continues to impress while deputizing for the injured Petr Cech.

"I don't want to look back".

"We lost the first two matches against Manchester City and Chelsea". Every match is different, every match is hard.

Slavisa Jokanovic acknowledged Fulham are showing too many defensive "weaknesses" after they were beaten 5-1 at home by Arsenal on Sunday. Today is the first day we more clearly played 4-4-2, with Danny [Welbeck] and Lacazette first and then Auba and Lacazette. "We opened all the doors and they finished easily", Jokanovic said. They are just two points above the bottom three, too.
