ESPN's Adam Schefter reported Sunday that the Seahawks are still open to trading Thomas, but that they have refused to budge on their asking price of a 2019 second-round pick.

The star defensive back wasn't shy about his feelings, either. He may be regretting that decision now.

There was no confirmation on what exactly the injury was, but trainers put an air cast on his left leg before he was taken off the field.

Thomas" action prompted a different response from Steelers running back Le'Veon Bell, who commented on Instagram that he will "continue to be the "bad guy' for ALL of us" as he remains a holdout amid his own contract dispute.

The 29-year-old former first round pick, and still one of the best defensive players in the National Football League, flipped off his own sideline while being carted off the field.

The injury came on a scoring play for the Cardinals, when Josh Rosen connected with Chad Williams for a 22-yard touchdown.

Rosen made his National Football League debut last week against the Bears when he replaced Sam Bradford in the fourth quarter.

"I love Earl. I've always loved him", Carroll stated after the game. "I told him that we had him". It's unsure if Thomas shares the same sentiment.
