A late strike from Alexandre Lacazette gave Arsenal a 3-2 win over Cardiff City on Sunday in Wales.

In spite of the positives, Warnock conceded there were areas that needed to improve, even with the quality of Arsenal's second and third goals.

Arsenal took the lead for a third time in the 82nd minute though, with Lacazette firing into the top corner after turning inside the Cardiff box once again, and that proved to be the victor at the Cardiff City Stadium. His assist for the Aubameyang goal was exquisite and Lacazette's link-up play was excellent all afternoon.

Arsenal came up against Cardiff City, in their fourth match of the Premier League.

Xhaka has been a regular fixture in the Arsenal team but most Gunners fans would admit that he is yet to step his game up and produce consistent displays this term.

MD Matteo Guendouzi, 6 - Has started all four league games under Emery and the teenager continues to show promise.

Sunday's victory was notable for Emery and Arsenal as it was their first on the road this season and only their second in 2018 - which came at Huddersfield on the last day of the season.

In general, the Arsenal defence was at best frail, throughout. Petr Cech also had a nightmare with the ball at his feet and if Unai Emery is intent on playing the ball out from the back it may be time for Bernd Leno. All of Arsenal's current injury problems are to defenders, with the big worries being Sead Kolasinac and Ainsley Maitland-Niles as they are only alternatives to Nacho Monreal at left-back. However, it was Camarasa who put smiles on Cardiff supporters faces on the stroke of half-time with his smashing finish.

The Gunners headed into the game following a 3-1 home win against West Ham last weekend.

Arsenal looked good on the ball but Emery still has plenty of work to do defensively as they gave too much space for the Cardiff forwards.

Substituted for Danny Welbeck with minutes to spare, some may wonder if Ozil deserves a starting place in Emery's new system.
