The suspects also allegedly stole her auto - a 2011 Lexus. The video, which was viewed 3 million times, showed LAPD officers with their guns drawn on an unarmed Neal.

Halloween: Resurrection actress Daisy McCrackin was reportedly kidnapped and held for ransom, according to new court documents.

Actress Daisy McCrackin (pictured above, left) and actor Joseph Capone (not pictured) are recovering after being the subjects of a horrifying - and almost deadly - kidnapping and extortion plot that lasted more than 30 hours in late May.

The indictment says she was forced to write a check for $10,000 to Neal, who deposited it into his account.

In the indictment obtained by NBC, it says at one point during the alleged kidnapping, Capone tried to help McCrackin, but was "beat, punched, and kicked" for doing so.

In response to the social media backlash, the Los Angeles Police Department released a statement: "We are aware this video has raised concerns from the community".

Keith Andre Stewart, Johntae Jones and Amber Neal have all been charged with a string of felony offensives, including kidnapping, assault with a firearm, grand theft, and mayhem following an incident at the South Los Angeles home of McCrackin on May 3.

Stewart is accused of pistol-whipping Capone before the suspects allegedly covered the victim's heads with black hoods.

The story behind a woman who was arrested for kidnapping during a dramatic traffic stop in Inglewood, California has been revealed. She alerted the police of Capone's abduction, and officers were able to locate the victim and Stewart on May 5, 2017. McCracken called the police once she was returned home, which lead to the investigation now reported. "She is being held on 1 million dollars bail". Each of the three suspects potentially face lifetime prison sentences if convicted.

Bail has been set for Jone and Neal at $1 million, with Stewarts set at $2.08 million.

The defendants are expected to appear in court on 23 July for a pre-trial hearing.

McCrackin is a TV and film actress perhaps best known for her role in the horror film Halloween: Resurrection.
