"When we announce the title I am not sure, but as I've probably said to you, it's gotten completely blown out of proportion". While this review won't contain any specific plot spoilers, it will cover the successes of the film, mainly the importance of family, Wasp's new role, the remarkably human villain Ghost, and why, out of every film Marvel has ever made, this one feels like the most flawless for families to see together.

"I think Black Panther proved that will be the case, I think Ant-Man and The Wasp will prove that, and I'm hoping that Captain Marvel will prove that". So the story that began in Winter Soldier and that ends in Avengers 4 ... there's a very personal arc there for us. Fans noticed that the surviving characters - Iron Man, Captain America, Black Widow, Hulk and Thor - are also the original members of the superhero team.

The "Infinity War" ending is bound to go down as one of the most shocking film moments of 2018.

Now we have a female villain, a female heroine. and there is this incredible feminine energy that, of course, Paul brings to Ant-Man.

We just don't know exactly who he means.

"I was like, 'Are they going to give me a movie?"

So much happens in [the third and fourth Avengers movies], as you can imagine, and so much is affected by it that we felt what better person to hold your hand and lead you into the next incarnation of the MCU, in a grounded, realistic manner, than Peter Parker?.

Meanwhile, Hope (Evangeline Lilly) and Hank (Michael Douglas) are closer than they've ever been, bonding over a shared project concerning a third person they love - Hope's mother, Janet (Michelle Pfeiffer).

"They're great characters, they're good comics, they've got great history", Feige said about DC. I don't know what summer. Lilly may be onto something in suggesting that they're prepared for it given all the other times in their lives they've had to be uncomfortable for the sake of achieving the right look.

When all those things get scrambled together, Ant-Man and the Wasp is delightfully nerve-wracking, but that's just the start of it.

Instead, we have a sequel directed by the perfectly serviceable and no doubt hard-working Peyton Reed, who chops up every single scene into easily-digestible bits that make it easy to forget you're watching a movie that is, predominantly, fascinated by having fun with the size of its superhero.
