Trooping the Colour is a ceremony deeply rooted in the history of the United Kingdom.

Our eyes are peeled every year for the Duchess of Cambridge's outfit at Trooping the Colour - and now Duchess Meghan's, too - but as usual, the adorable young royals are up there on our best-dressed list once again!

Thousands of spectators flocked to London for the annual spectacle, hoping to catch a glimpse of the glittering house of Windsor, jamming the royal parks near the parade grounds.

Meanwhile, Duchess Meghan, who made her very first appearance at the iconic yearly ceremony - looked incredible in a pale-pink Carolina Herrera ensemble, which had a slightly retro feel with a button-down front and open neckline.




He is now recovering from a hip replacement, but was well enough to be able to his attend the wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle three weeks ago.

With Meghan still relaxing after the trip, Harry went to work on Friday, slipping into a tux to welcome charity OnSide Youth Zones to the palace for a gala dinner.

This was also the first Trooping Duchess Meghan attended since marrying Prince Harry on 19 May, as well as the couple's first time appearing on Buckingham Palace's balcony with fellow royal family members.

This year's event took an unexpected turn when 79-year-old Field Marshall Lord Guthrie was thrown from his mount.
